Service 01 — Websites & apps

Wireframing& Design

From a napkin sketch to a clickable prototype your team can test with real people, then a UI system your developers will thank you for.

Typical timeline: 2–5 weeks Start this project

(01) Overview

Most products go wrong before a line of code is written: the wrong screens, in the wrong order, for the wrong person. We start with the flow. Pen, paper and a whiteboard come first, then low-fidelity wireframes that let us change our minds cheaply.

Once the structure holds, we design the interface: type, colour, spacing and components, assembled into a Figma system with responsive layouts and every state accounted for, including empty, loading, error and success.

Step by step

  1. 1

A two-hour workshop to agree on users, goals and the core journey.

  2. 2

    Wireframe

Greyscale screens that test structure without style getting in the way.

  3. 3

    Prototype

A clickable flow you can put in front of five real users.

  4. 4

    Design

The final UI, componentised and documented for build.
